Climate change is a critical global challenge that requires widespread awareness and action. With this science and technology outreach and transfer plan, the Iberian Centre for Energy Storage Research (CIIAE) aims to promote knowledge about the energy transition and energy storage through various activities. The website and social media will be key tools for disseminating relevant content, such as podcasts, scientific articles, and audiovisual materials, related to climate change, renewable energy, and energy storage technologies, with the participation of CIIAE experts and international collaborators. Furthermore, the transfer plan includes “Energy Storage Week,” an international event that will bring together researchers, companies, and students to discuss challenges and solutions in the energy sector. Activities such as open days at CIIAE laboratories and educational workshops for students will also be organized.
