Pilot thermal energy storage plant as a testbed
We make available a modular pilot thermal energy storage plant (TRL 5–6) to test, validate, and integrate TES technologies based on molten salts, PCMs, and solid materials. This infrastructure enables the evaluation of their performance and scalability under real operating conditions and their integration with a 2 MW microgrid for pre-industrial assessment.
